How long will my order take to be delivered?
You can expect your MooMoo purchase to be made, packaged and delivered to your door (or local PEP store, if you live in a remote part of South Africa) within 5 working days. Most of our items will be a lot quicker (as we hold stock), but any order should be with you pretty much a week from placing and paying for the order.
We make sure that we keep you up to date with the progress of your order. We will email you the waybill number as soon as our courier has collected your parcel and give you an indication of when we expect it to be delivered.
You qualify for free delivery
All orders over R499 automatically qualify for free delivery. We use a door to door courier service for all major centres. If you live in a remote part of South Africa, we will send your parcel via PAXI (to your nearest PEP store) on their 3-5 day service and you will need to go and collect it there.
Courier or PAXI
If your order is less than R499, you will have to choose which shipping method you would like. The option of courier costs R100 and we will send it to you on the fastest door to door courier suitable to your parcel and area. If you live in a remote area, we will send it to you via PAXI (to your nearest PEP store) on their 3-5 day service and you will have to go and collect it there. Wherever possible, we will always choose the door to door courier service for you.
For R50 you can choose to have your parcel sent via PAXI on their 7-9 day service. Your MooMoo order will be delivered to your nearest PEP store and you will need to go and collect it there.

How to do I track my parcel
When we email you your tracking number, we will also email you a link to the relevant service that is taking your parcel to you. You can copy/paste your tracking number into their website and check on the progress of your parcel.
Delays over the holidays
The silly season really does affect the delivery time of your order. Between all the public holidays and the couriers having a far higher volume of parcels, things just do take a little longer. Please bear this in mind when placing your order and allow an extra few days for delivery.
Delivery to an outlying area takes a couple of days longer than to a major centre. Very often the courier companies use a local courier to get the parcel to you. In some instances, areas are only serviced on certain days of the week. If you are needing your order by a specific date, please allow an extra few days to accommodate this.
